Lovely Riga. She is surprisingly cosmopolitan with her mix of old town charm, jugend quarters, boulevards and leafy parks. She is the perfect city for an autumn or spring walk with her lovely parks surrounding the old town and all the impressive buildings with their overdose of patina.
